What are your rates?

All work is estimated by the job and location. We offer hourly rates for property managers and short term rental owners with smaller tasks and same day services that start at $150/hr. Emergency service starts at $200 hour for off hours calls.

Why are your rates higher than others?

We are licensed, insured and we carry workers compensation for all employees. Those overheads costs are significant, necessary and required by law. Those costs are reflected in our rates.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Cochecton and are full time residents of Sullivan County. For small jobs (less than 4 hours) we will travel up to 45 minutes from our headquarters. For large jobs (4 or more hours) we will travel up to 90 minutes from headquarters.
